Hermes has four founders today. We aren’t hiring yet — we hit problems and solve them in pairs first. We’ll open hiring after public launch on June 6 when load dictates we need it, not before.

When we do hire, the bar is high and the team is flat. We look for operator-turned-builders — people who’ve run AI voice agencies themselves, hit the same walls we did, and have strong opinions about how to fix the tooling. Founder-y candidates only.
